Online Paymnets - Instructions & Procedure

1. Online payments are accepted only for College Fee. Backlog Examinations Fee should be paid at College, through Bank Challan.
2. Payment mode: Make College Fee payment Online by way of NEFT/RTGS/IMPS either by Internet/Mobile banking. Bank Account details are given at the end.
3. Not Allowed: Online payment by way of Paytm, Phonepe, Google Pay, etc. is not accepted
4. Procedure for Payment and submission to college:
• Make online payment by way of NEFT/RTGS/IMPS. After successful payment, save your transaction report showing transaction details. (pdf or screenshot).
• Submit to College by email with details and attachment of transaction report.

5. Do not forget to email the details and bank transaction report. Payments for which email with necessary details and attachment is not sent will not be considered and the college will not take any responsibility for such transactions.
6. Emails are to be sent only to KVRRDCW.payonline@gmail.com. No other emails are authorised for this purpose.
7. All the emails received will be acknowledged with reply email. Check your email for reply mail.
8. Fee paid will be updated to College Portal after verification of bank transaction(s), which may take one or two days.
9. College Fee Update can be verified in College Portal through Student Login.
